Friday night was at Otto Tomotto's Good Italian in Victor, NY. It was a first time for us. I thought the decor & ambiance was cute. It was quiet and peaceful there for a Friday night. Albeit it was early like 4pm or so. The waitress came right over and seated us in a little table in the back of the restaurant. Her name was Penny too, she was pleasant and nice. She took our drink orders and we both got ice water with lemon and I had 2 glasses of Moscato with my appetizer & dinner. She also brought out the bread and soft butter so that was a good filler as we were both hungry. He got the tomato basil clam chowder, to which he very much enjoyed. I got the side salad which was the perfect size and hallelujah it actually had Greens instead of the usual plain romaine lettuce with cukes & tomatoes and / or croutons with tomatoes, black olives, cukes and croutons I actually ate it all. Then for our main course I got the eggplant parmigiana which was crispy and not soggy along with angel hair pasta and also there was ricotta cheese in it. I enjoyed my mea and I of course ate half of it so I brought the rest of it home. With that said the portion sizes were generous He got the baked salmon with greens & beans and he ate all of his and said it was good too. The dessert choices he was disappointed in as there was no chocolate cake or chocolate mousse for dessert. But all in all we had a good dinner and a good experience, so I do recommend this establishment.
Excellent Italian restaurant perfect for families and parties. Good food and atmosphere. I loved my lasagna. The bread is excellent too. Everyone in our party of ten enjoyed their food.
Been going here for years. Momma has been the maitre d for a long time. Service is always excellent. The place is casual but with an upscale look to it. Food quality is great with huge portions. They've hit 20 years of being open.
Cute spot if you're in the area! The bread was Devine! The seafood Mac was SOOOO GOOD! The lasagne wasn't bad at all but that seafood Mac... hands down one of the best we've had! Service was great! While it's not a fancy stop, it definitely is worth trying!
Visited Ottos for my father in law's 94th birthday celebration. Team worked diligently in serving the crowd, food was fabulous, and seasoned perfectly (yum, garlic!). I had the seafood pesto which was great, and my son had steak & potatoes. He said it was great, but he was still hungry (teenager).
Dinner was delicious tonight. I had the Mushroom Two-Way Grilled Pizza accompanied by the Swedish Fish cocktail. We had 6pm reservations and were seated promptly. Service was set at just the right pace. Our server was very friendly. Mama even came around a few times to make sure everything was to our liking.
